Not bad but you’ll definitely be waiting past your apt time. I recommend you check in then go to the truck stop down the street and wait for your phone call. Ppl are nice

Directions: From 167 north or south (@McDonald's) Turn left onto Lawrence Turn left onto Ramsey Turn left into 1st Gate on Left (gate with scale) Pull to right of scale. This is where you check in. Need 3/4 tank full on reefer. Guard will check the inside of trailer and give you an instruction sheet with phone number to call shipping, it has map on back if live loading at east gate. Then you parking in waiting and wait. I had a live load. I checked in at 1620 for 1700 appointment. Shipping office called with door at 0100 paper work ready at 0315. They have a scale on-site and said I could use, but my load was only 36K. For a chicken plant, it's not too bad. Cat scale south in Bald Knob and north in Popular Bluff. If using route 115 out of Cave City to cut over to Corning, be forewarned, it's a slow windy two lane with lots of 30 mph curves. That's the way I went, would probably try different route next time.

This company has a tiny yard with tons of trailers parked on the sides and the filthy crap flowing from them, carrying with it a stench. Loaded in 2 hours, got my bills with note: you will be responsible for having your last receiver to sign the tape from the DTR and return it with BOL, if not-200 bucks fine! I’ve been behind the wheel for 29 years and have never done anything like this before. I asked the guys unloading the truck, as well as the people in the office—and they just looked at me with a smile, as if to say, "What planet are you from?" We never do that! Eventually, though, they told me they would send it electronically if the shipper needed it.

I’ve waited long before and this one might take the cake. Checked in at 10:30 waited for half an hour before I got told product wasn’t ready and was told to call and come back later. Rolled back around 2:45 since supposedly product wasn’t ready. Checked in and told second shift would load me and give me a call. Parked and waited and kept checking in but something happened and waiting on pallets assuming to be built. I left the gate at midnight with a 10 am delivery the following day. Suggest calling those numbers to see if your order is ready. It is pretty tight once it gets busy.

I wish every place could be as efficient as this place. Came here for pickup. App time: 2:00 pm Arrive: 1:50 pm Door: 1:55 pm Completed: 2:35 pm The lady at the front desk was friendly and professional, the yard driver was helpful and polite. There is no security guy at the security shack. No overnight parking in the yard.
